Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking another appointment.
